Lisette and Tejs have always shared a passion for travel and adventure, and their journey together began when they first met as young travelers at the ages of 19 and 20 in Turkey. Little did they know that their future would involve creating incredible travel experiences for others. This marked the start of a lifelong journey together, that would combine their love for discovering the world with building a company dedicated to crafting unique corporate experiences.

Founded in 2014, the company got a fresh start in 2023 with a new name, new logo, and a renewed vision. “CompanyCations is about more than just travel – we build relationships and strengthen teams. In a world where remote work has become the norm, it’s more important than ever to bring colleagues together in inspiring places to foster collaboration and creativity. We take care of the entire process from idea to execution, so you can focus on creating memories with your colleagues,” says Lisette Grevstad.

Lisette, the company’s founder and lead travel designer, brings with her a background in the hotel and restaurant industry. As a mother of three, she has balanced both career and family life, and she understands what it takes to plan a seamless and memorable trip for everyone. After education in stress management, coaching, and couples therapy, Lisette uses her expertise to craft trips where teams can exchange their office environment for something more relaxing and inspiring.

Since 2021, Lisette has focused exclusively on corporate travel and is the creative force behind CompanyCations’ successful concept.

Tejs, co-founder and partner, has a strong business acumen and over 20 years of experience in sales and business development. He has successfully built Consortia Manager and has a keen eye for strategy, finance, and sales. Tejs manages the financial side of the business, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes while Lisette works her magic on the trips. Together, they form a powerful team, ready to take on any challenge and create unforgettable experiences for their clients.
