Meet the founders of CompanyCations!
Lisette and Tejs have always had a passion for travel and adventure, and their journey together actually began when they met as young travelers, 19 and 20 years old in Turkey, long before they even knew that their future would involve creating amazing trips for others. It was the start of a shared life journey that would combine their experiences and love of discovering the world with a company whose heart beats to create unique corporate experiences. The company, founded in 2014, got a fresh start in 2023 with a new name, new logo and a new vision.
Lisette is the company’s founder and leading travel architect, with a background in the hotel and restaurant industry. After training in stress management, coaching and couples therapy, Lisette uses her knowledge to create trips where people have the opportunity to change the office environment to something more relaxed and inspiring. Since 2021, Lisette has focused entirely on corporate travel and is the creative force behind CompanyCation’s successful concept.
Tejs, co-founder and partner, has a solid business acumen and over 20 years of experience in sales and business development. Tejs takes care of the financial side of the company and makes sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, while Lisette creates the magic on the trips. Together they form a strong team, ready to take on any challenge and create unforgettable experiences for their customers.
